Wizard101 friends, fans, and customers,

The KingsIsle staff would like to provide some information about the game update today. First, we are extremely happy to deliver our largest expansion to the world of Wizard101 to date!

It’s literally crammed with goodies:

• Grizzleheim, a whole new world featuring Viking bears, mystic ravens, and mysterious wolves

• An entirely new crafting system that allows Wizards to make their own weapons, armor, furniture, and Treasure Cards

• A Bazaar which allows players to buy items sold by other players and sell items in exchange for gold

• An enormous community package that features grouping, chat channels, do not disturb features, and more

This expansion is now fully available for you to enjoy!

We do understand, however, that players had difficulty downloading this update today and did not make it into the game when they wanted to play.

We’re sorry about that and want to offer our sincere apology.

In fact, we had so many people try to download the update at the same time that we had a service outage which only allowed some people to trickle into the game. This outage also affected our service which normally performs a check to allow subscribers enter the game with priority over Free-to-Play players. We are taking steps to ensure this kind of outage does not occur with future updates.

Rest assured our supporters and game services are our top priorities.

Cyrus Drake stealing my subject

Hello students..

I am hearing loud and clear the message that many of you do not approve of the enhanced boss fights, or at least the way in which they were implemented.

The idea behind these was not to make the game more "hardcore", more difficult or to make it impossible to group. We simply wanted those encounters to be more interesting than 1. Defeat Monster, 2. Collect Loot. Each of the we changed bosses had a twist on normal combat, or required a specific strategy to be employed, like a puzzle.

Rest assured, we have heard your displeasure, and we will re-visit the boss fights very soon.

Now I have a little bit of a problem with Cyrus Drake. I think everyone does (except Malistare). I mean I try to help a fellow wizard deliver her homework to Cyrus Drake and what does that no good of a wizard do? HE SENDS ME TO PICK UP HIS LAUNDRY! Maybe if I wait long enough I'll actually like him ...............................

"Rare" now tis just word in W101

As you know from "Homework in a Graveyard" you know that RARE is no longer. :( I was looking forward to challenges to get new pets, furniture, CLOTHING! But NO! W101 had to go make a Bazzar (which btw is pretty BAZZAR). Now if I want a pet and go to a boss to get it and then I'll end up talking to the Bossier Boss like:

Hey Boss ol' boy old pal.
Don't ask for the pet.
But... How'd you............?
I just know you ok.
Then if you don't have the pet I want, where is it?
I sold all of them to the Bazzar.
Ok this is the last time I am coming ,.I am telling EVERYONE to not come to you!
I'll give you one day.
I will not come, back believe me!

W101: Boost in Health: Bosses

If you don't know this already then I should inform you about the boost in health for bosses. UGH! I am only lvl 18 and now I'll need even more help! I already ask for to much as it is! But what can one do? Nothing? Well don't ask moi. Ask someone old ...... experienced ...... wise ...... someone like MERLE AMBROSE! But when ya think about it the conversation would go something like this

Headmaster! We have some bad news! The bosses have more health!
More health!? Why this is very very ............ want some cookies?
Cookies? Headmaster there is no time for cookies what shall we do about the bosses gaining health?
OH YES! Well call me a fool I forgot about the subject!
Of course ya did.

Well you get where I am going with this right?

Readers, If you have read "Homework in a Graveyard" you know my parent Autumn Duskhunter. When my parent was playing Wizard 101 this morning she went to her house. When she got there IT WAS PINK! Now the day before the house was like non-colorful and Dull, then after a few quest she went back and it was an Ugly little paper. The "Newest" default wall I presume. Well I was laughing cause my house wasn't pink it was that "newest" default wall in the little corner, and the rest purple. Anyway I think the houses are very cute nice and sweet (plus they are a get away from Quests, Battling, and other WIZARDS)!

Hello. If you are reading this you are on "The Life of a Necromancer". This is one of the newest Blogspot blogs. I just wanted to introduce myself. Well I am Ashley Duskhunter. I might not blog that much by the way! LOL. Seriously I might not. Anyway I got inspired to do this by "Homework in a Graveyard" , "When You Wish Apon a Fallon Star" , and "The Friendly Necromancer".
